Payment - Payment is required immediately upon completion of our services, or within 24 hours if an arrangement has been made. 

 

Cancellation - Our cancellation policy is 24 hours notice. 100% of the booking value will be charged if you cancel or re arrange within 24 hours of your booking.

If in the event of bad weather in which our services cannot be safely practised, we will be in contact to re schedule for the next available date (no cancellation charge will be applied in the event of a cancellation at our discretion).

Deposits - Any bookings over the value of £100 will require a 50% deposit to secure the booking.

Commercial Vehicles - Rear loading areas of commercial vehicles are not included in our valet packages, unless specifically arranged.

​

Water/Electric - We do kindly ask to ensure we have access to an outdoor water tap nearby, and an electrical socket to plug into to enable us to undertake our services.

​

Personal belongings / litter - Please ensure your vehicle is clear of personal belongings, and also rubbish prior to our arrival so we can begin work.
